1. What we do

ForLittleOne creates personalised children's storybooks. When you place an order, you provide personalisation details (including a photo of your child) and we create, print, and ship a personalised book to you.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo you upload, or have the guardian's explicit permission
• You confirm the details you provide (names, dedication, address) are accurate — personalised products are made from exactly what you enter
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. Launch discounts and promotions may end or change at any time. Because every book is made to order, production begins shortly after payment — see our Returns page for what can and can't be changed after ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping page. Estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed, as carriers and customs can cause delays outside our control.

5. Refunds

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee and refund rules are set out on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The stories, illustrations, branding, and website are the property of ForLittleOne. Your personalised book is for personal, non-commercial use. You retain all rights to the photo you upload; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to create your book, after which it is deleted.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
